March 1983
Honda Verno Tokai Co., Ltd. is founded at Marune, Kagiyamachi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture with capital of 40 million yen.
April 1983
Signs a basic agreement for a Verno dealership with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and opens the Tokai Shop at Kagiyamachi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.
May 1994
Opens a used car sales center, Honda Auto Sales, at Kagiyamachi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.
May 1994
Relocates the head office to Dadaboshi, Kagiyamachi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture. (without changing the registered head office location)
October 1996
Signs a basic agreement on Honda Auto Sales dealership with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. to reorganize the used car sales center, Honda Auto Sales, as Auto Terrace Kagiya
April 1997
Merges with Honda Auto Sales Co., Ltd., with a nominal share value of 500 yen, to change the 50,000 yen face value of its own shares at 50,000 yen

Listed on the second section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange

Acquires shares of Trust Company Limited. (currently a consolidated subsidiary)

Splits operations into sales of new and used cars, and car servicing operations, including the servicing of designated automobile maintenance and automobile dismantling and servicing, and hands them over to the newly established Honda Verno Tokai Co., Ltd. The Company reorganizes itself as a holding company and changes its trade name from Honda Verno Tokai Co., Ltd. to VT Holdings Co., Ltd., and changes its registered head office location to Dadaboshi, Kagiyamachi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.

FACE ON Co., Ltd. changes the trade name to PCI CO.,Ltd. (currently, a consolidated subsidiary)

AICOH EPOCH CORPORATION. changes the trade name to E-FOUR Corporation. (currently a consolidated subsidiary).

The third company allocation capital increase is undertaken, and E-FOUR ASIA Co.,Ltd. is made a subsidiary company.
